POLICIES + PROCEDURES

At Atomic Beauty, we pride ourselves on offering the best aesthetic care for our clients. Our med spa’s policies are designed to ensure a truly satisfying visit with us.

STAFF

All staff are Texas state licensed and trained at Atomic Beauty.

BOOKING APPOINTMENTS

Please call us to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Alpheon ($1,500.00 minimum), cash, and Atomic Beauty gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.

TIPPING

Tips may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. It is customary to tip 10-15%. However, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.

PUNCTUALITY

We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Atomic Beauty, your appointment is scheduled with an aesthetician, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

  • You may opt to shorten your treatment
  • You may reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. However, a $25.00 cancellation charge will be incurred

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. We ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed or texted the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24-hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $25.00 fee for the scheduled treatment. Members that fail to show for their appointments will forfeit their missed appointment.

REFUNDS

We are sorry, but medspa treatments are not refundable. Products can be exchanged for Atomic Beauty credit within 14 days of purchase.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Let us help you give ATOMIC results to that special person. Gift vouchers for any treatment, package, or spa products may be purchased at the front desk or from our website with a credit card.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Atomic Beauty memberships have a 6-month minimum contract. Cancellations prior to the end of the 6-month contract will be charged the retail price differentiation of redeemed services.

  • Texas State sales tax will be added to all memberships.
  • Gratuities are not included.
  • Unused membership services will rollover to the next month for a maximum of 2 months before expiring.
  • Members are entitled to freeze their membership for up to 90 days for a cost of $20 per month.
